Expert database
The Nicolaas Witsen Foundation has a specialised database of trusted EU and local consultants with whom we work on a regular basis.
We invite experienced experts and practitioners to join our congenial team in undertaking challenging assignments in public administration reform in transitional countries.
Our current opportunities include projects in the areas of performance management, public finance, decentralisation, service delivery and anti-corruption in Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

Expert profile
We are particularly interested in team leaders, long-term and short-term senior experts with the following qualifications:
- degree in public administration or related area (i.e. law, finance, economics, personnel management)
- 10-15 years work experience in the public sector
- outstanding analytical capabilities
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proficiency in English, Russian is an advantage
- an ability to work effectively and harmoniously in international, multi-disciplinary teams.
